Return/Exchange Policy: 15 days from the date of order received. The product must be in the same condition that you received it, untorn or unused, with tags. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned product, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within two business days. Return fees will be applied.
Changing or Cancellation of Order
We are prompt to provide customer service which means we can't make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method. Please put an email to email@example.com and you will get a reply within 24 working hours.
Delivery Charge Refund System
The delivery charge can be refunded if you return the items after filling out our form with the appropriate reason within 30 days. Order can be cancelled from here. If you decide to keep one of the items, you need to pay for delivery.
Policy, if one found the wrong or damaged product

If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please send it back to us and notify to mail ID: firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll refund you as soon as it's arrived back....You’ve to fill the PDF attached in the Return Policy with the reason and send it through mail ID: email@example.com.
