Return Policy

Return/Exchange Policy: 30 days from the date of order received. The product must be in the same condition that you received it, untorn or unused, with tags. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned product and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within two business days. Return fees will be applied.

 

Changing or Cancellation of Order

We are prompt in providing customer service, which means we can't make any changes once you've placed the order. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address, or payment method. Please email order@inteblu.com, and you will receive a reply within 24 working hours.

Delivery Charge Refund System


The delivery charge can be refunded if you return the items after filling out our form with the appropriate reason within 30 days. Order can be cancelled from here. If you decide to keep one of the items, you need to pay for delivery.


Policy, if one found the wrong or damaged product

We are really sensitive with our service and want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away. If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please send it back to us and notify us of the mail ID: order@inteblu.com, and we'll refund you as soon as it arrives back.
