When the order payment is taken of my bank account?
After getting invoice you can pay through your debit card, credit card,Apple Pay (iOS only), PayPal, and Clear pay. We accept the following cards:Visa, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express. Please be noted that our Customer Care team has no authority for changingthe payment methods offered to you at checkout. To keep our customer dataprivate, we are also unable to find out exactly why a payment method is notbeing offered.
Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
You are requested to see the charges tab after ordering products. It depends on the total amount you placed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we deliver the products all over the world
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away. If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please send it back to us and notify us of the mail ID: customerservices@inteblue.com and we'll refund you as soon as it's arrived. You’ve to fill out the attached Return Policy with the reason and send it through mail ID: customerservices@inteblue.com.
Do you refund the delivery charge?
To receive a refund on delivery charges, please fill out our form with the appropriate reason within 14 days of returning the items. You can cancel your order from this page. However, if you decide to keep any items, you will need to pay for delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to pack your order as quickly as possible, which means that once you have placed your order, we cannot make any changes to the delivery option, delivery address, or payment method. If you need to make any changes, please send an email to customerservices@inteblue.com and we will respond within 24 working hours.
What is "package tracking" in my orders?
Your order could be in different places such
as our warehouse, awaiting for dispatch, with the courier on its way, or
delivered. The first thing to check is have you had your dispatch email? If
yes, then it's on its way. You can track your order at the top of this page
using your order number from that email. If you haven't got your dispatch email
(don't forget to check spam/ junk folders) then your order is waiting to leave
us. Once you have the dispatch email you can track it yourself via the link in the
email or by using the track my order section at the top of this page.
If you don't have your order number with you,
you can get it by logging into your account here and then by going to 'Order
Status'.
